Carlos Jericho "Icot" Loreto Petilla (born April 29, 1963) is a Filipino politician.
He ran as a senator under the Liberal Party during the 2016 Philippine general election. A former Secretary of Energy during the administration of Benigno Aquino III, he is currently serving as Governor of Leyte since 2022 and previously from 2004 to 2012.

Petilla was born on April 29, 1963, the son of politicians Leopoldo Petilla and Remedios Loreto.
